The Rise Of A Media Buyer

By July 6, 2016Graybles

Back in 2007 I was looking for ways to explode my online businesses.

Working online since 1998, I had setup some very nice income streams, but being fresh out of college I really wanted to make some noise in the business world.

$1,000 a day was cool – but $10,000 a day sounded much better.

Now by no means am I a greedy person.  Actually, it doesn’t take much money to support my lifestyle.  I’m a fairly simple country boy from West Virginia.  However, I have this unbelievable competitive streak in me that always leaves me striving to work harder [which I credit to being an identical twin].

Therefore I don’t consider money my motivation but rather a tool that can be used to leverage all of my businesses without having to get “investors” or “angel funding.”

By 2008 I had gotten REALLY involved into pushing affiliate campaigns.  While I had a number of “long term” assets in place, they took many years to build and weren’t overnight success stories.

Affiliate marketing was particularly interesting to me because I could scale campaigns overnight as soon as I found a winner.

No contenting. No link building.  No waiting.

Optimize my landers, find more traffic, and scale until someone told me I could scale no more. It was like a high.

That’s when I started media buying and taking my businesses to revenues I never even dreamed were possible.

I’ll never forget the day I put together my first large-scale media buy and it went live…

After returning home from my daily lunch at Subway [options are limited in WV] – I was in SHOCK when I refreshed my affiliate account to see $8,000 in revenue since going live.

It was a race to head over to my traffic source to see my spend was hovering around $2,000!

From this point forward media buying was my new “drug” and I spent every waking hour researching, launching, and growing my campaigns.

I had made over $500,000 in one year before, but making $500,000 a month was new to me [and pretty darn exciting].

Since then I’ve went on to develop a number of online businesses; the IMGrind Coaching Forum, iMobiTrax self-hosted tracker, the Revived Media Mobile User Acquisition Network, and several others.

Leveraging my capital, I’ve even started some successful offline businesses, as some days I just like to step away from the screen and interact with people.

My vision for RevMax is to be the leading platform for media buyers all over the world.

Not only do we have offers to help monetize your traffic – we’re also going to be operating a private Mastermind Forum where I can personally work with a certain number of people to help scale their campaigns.

With the rise of the Internet across the globe, media buyers are starting to come out of countries that I never even knew existed!

Just like that high of making $8,000 by lunch, I get that same feeling from people succeed that I help.

From their first $100 profit day to watching them quit their day job – I get even more satisfaction seeing others have success than myself! A whole new level of rewarding.

Are you a seasoned media buyer?  Are you just thinking about starting to become a media buyer?

Regardless of your answer, I sincerely hope we can work together to make some big $$$.

If you haven’t already, make sure to get on our Mastermind RSVP list.  If you’re already running traffic, then you can also signup for an account and get started as well.

As of now, I’m not sure the number of people we’re going to accept into the Mastermind.  So please be on the look-out for additional information on your exact situation so we can determine if you’re a good fit.

Until then, I’ll be back here on the blog sharing some golden nuggets to help you maximize your revenue!
